Replai Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• The message text you paste or screenshot-share into Replai. It passes through our server only for the duration of one generation, is not persisted, and is not written to any database.
• An anonymous device ID (UUID). Generated locally, not synced across devices. Used for: (1) free-tier quota counting; (2) abuse prevention.
• Your selected scenario and tone IDs. Used to generate the reply. Not associated with the device ID in storage.
• App Store subscription receipts (if you've subscribed). Used to verify your Pro status, then discarded.

2. What we don't collect

• Your WeChat / iMessage / WhatsApp account, conversation history, or contacts.
• Your clipboard contents (other than the single message you ask Replai to draft a reply for).
• Your location, photo library, or address book.
• Your real name, email, or phone number.

3. Who can see your messages

The message is forwarded to one of these LLM providers to generate the reply: Anthropic Claude, DeepSeek, or Zhipu GLM (whichever is reachable from your region). Their respective privacy policies govern how they handle the request. Replai itself acts purely as a proxy and stores nothing.

4. Where data is stored

Replai's servers run on Vercel's Asian edge nodes (Singapore, Tokyo). Quota counters live in Upstash Redis (also Asian nodes). Any data Replai syncs across your devices (your selected scenarios and preferences) is stored in your private iCloud container, encrypted by Apple. Replai cannot read that container.

5. Your rights

Because we don't collect personally identifiable information, we can't locate "your data" to delete on request. You can: (1) delete Replai from iOS, which immediately clears local data; (2) clear Replai's private iCloud container in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud; (3) email us and we'll reset your anonymous device ID.
