Replai Terms of Service

1. What this service is

Replai is an iOS custom keyboard that uses AI to draft reply suggestions for chat scenarios. The service is operated by Yumo Wu (an individual indie developer), not a company or organization.

2. Your responsibilities

• Don't paste someone else's private conversations, trade secrets, or other sensitive personal information into Replai.
• Don't use Replai-generated content to deceive, harass, or commit illegal acts.
• Replai's output is a suggestion only. You decide what to actually send.
• This service is intended for users 12 years of age or older.

3. Subscriptions and refunds

Replai Pro is sold via App Store subscriptions. Subscriptions auto-renew. You can cancel at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple — please contact Apple Support directly.

Cancelling inside the free trial means you won't be charged. Lifetime purchases do not renew.

4. Disclaimer

Replai is an entertainment / writing-assistance tool. We are not responsible for outcomes that follow from content Replai generated, including but not limited to: relationship disputes, social misunderstandings, changes in personal relationships, or being recognized by the other party as having used AI. AI output can be wrong or off-tone — use your own judgement before sending.

5. What we may do

• Update these terms (continued use means acceptance).
• Throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g. circumventing the free quota, automated bulk requests).
• Shut down the service (we'll notify users in-app first).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you use this service from outside mainland China, you are responsible for complying with any additional requirements in your jurisdiction.
